Criminal Law

Under the impetus of Bruno REBSTOCK, and staff specialising in criminal matters, the Firm is mainly devoted to Criminal Defence. The members of the Firm intervene for the defence of individual, corporate and associative interests at each stage of criminal proceedings.

Whether you are a victim or have been charged, the Firm is committed to one and the other.

Have you been Charged?

Our firm assists you during the inquiry (voluntary questioning and police custody), pretrial investigation and judgement phase before magistrates and criminal courts.

The Firm assists convicted persons before the various sentencing review courts ( Enforcement Judge (JAP),  Enforcement Court (TAP) and Enforcement Chamber)

Because a disciplinary sanction is a penalty that is added to a criminal penalty, because it can call into question whatever reduction in sentence may have been negotiated, the Firm will assist detainees before the Disciplinary Commissions of penitentiary establishments. It is also committed to contesting unjustified special statuses (DPS or detainees who have been specifically reported).

Are you a Victim?

Our Firm will assist you in all phases, from the filing of a complaint, through the questioning and pre-trial investigation phases to the courts. Our concern is the recognition of your rights.

Because there is no justice without effective compensation for damages, the Firm accompanies you before the Commission for the Compensation to Victims of Crime and draws on its experience to obtain effective enforcement of judgement awards.
