Vanessa Cerda

Ms CERDA was sworn in as a lawyer at the bar of Aix-en-Provence, on 14 January 2009.

A graduate of the School of Law of Aix-en-Provence, Vanessa CERDA holds a Master II in judicial careers.

Ms CERDA is also a graduate of the Portalis Institute in legal and moral sciences.

An associate at the REBSTOCK law firm since her admission to the bar, she has focused on gaining experience in criminal and civil matters.

In 2011, she was awarded the Benjamin Abram Prize by the Conseil de l’Ordre (Bar Association Board).

In January 2012, Vanessa CERDA became a Partner. While remaining committed to criminal defence, and more particularly in the field of sentencing and the rights of detainees, she developed the Firm’s civil litigation activities, particularly in matters of Family Law and Civil liability, both fields in which she has well-known experience. Her activities have made it possible for the Firm to diversify into fields with potential synergies.

In 2014 she initiated the opening of a secondary office in Istres. Today, in the spirit of cultivating conditions for client proximity, she regularly receives clients at the Fos-sur-Mer office.

Through her regular participation in specialised civil law training, Vanessa CERDA contributes to the Firm's quality and rigour requirements.
